I've been here several times since my last review and the service and food has been great each time. The best thing about this place is Van! She remembered us since the first time we came and always greets us with a smile. The toro heaven roll is my favorite, but the firework roll is also delicious. The omakase is great value and comes with chawanmushi!

Service is easy, as the store has implement the cell phone order system like any Chineses restaurant, so no more waitress will ever come in and take the order from you. The con side as I had to ask several times to refill my water. Sushi Pro is inside of busiest plaza, most likely a quick grab and go restaurant, I had a feeling this type of foods will go along with a better atmosphere place, like where you can stay, sit and enjoy the foods instead of quick bits/ If you are looking for quality Sushi place, you gotta come to Sushi pro for a try. the foods are un-doubtable one of the presentation in the Bay Area, you can see I have try to order everything to try on. The sashimi is fresh, small dish are well prepared, fried foods are crispy. However, the rice related dish are no good including the dragon roll and chirashi I orders. The rice is saggy and hard at the same time. P.S - did I mention they also have fresh oyster? But I think they are a bit over priced.

what an unsuspecting find for delish sushi. who would've thought that in the midst of a bustling shopping complex there would be a sushi joint with legit offerings. honestly came across as a big shock seeing a delish sushi restaurant between a habit burger and Xfinity retail store. we ordered several sashimi rolls including toro, truffle salmon, and sweet ebi. the ankimo was very fresh and flavorful. the specialty rolls were equally flavorful and delish. i like how they don't overdo it with the rice on the rolls. they have a great and simplistic self-service ordering system thru your phone and even offer free wifi since cell signal sucks in that area. you can easily get carried away ordering nonstop from your phone; so be careful otherwise you'd end up ordering the whole menu by mistake. given how close this is to our grocery shop, expect me to make a return visit soon.

Tucked away in a little plaza, this place is serving up some delicious sushi. One of my friends suggested this place to me and it's probably my go to spot for sushi at the moment. There is a huge parking lot but it can be busy since it's shared with a lot of stores. The place is smaller, but there are a good amount of tables. You scan the QR code and order from your phone. I think if you ask, they have a physical menu. When I look at the menu online, it seems like they almost have a discount on certain items. I'm sure it changes through the day but I just wanted to note that. We shared the fried squid tentacles and it's soooo good. It's lightly breaded which is perfect. There was more to the order than what I showed in the picture but we got hungry and I forgot to take a picture. My boyfriend got the salmon don and my sister got the mango yellow tail roll. They both loved their dishes. I ordered the omakase and the presentation was so good!! It came with miso soup and a steamed egg. I wasn't a big fan of the steam egg but I'm glad I tried it! The omakase was well worth the price. If you're in the area, please give this place a try! Get the omakase if you can.

This review is long overdue. I remember seeing Sushi Pro's omakase everywhere on ig, and when my friend told me she was craving sushi for her birthday, I knew this was the place to go! The ambiance is very nice and open, we came in just when they opened so we were seated immediately. Our server was kind and explained everything that came with the omakase. For $50 I was expecting to feel satisfied but still a lil hungry...but to my surprise my fatass left satisfied AND stuffed. Each piece was fresh, unique, and did not have that fishy taste we all have experienced before. I also really liked the chawanmushi included in our set, this meal was protein loaded and perf for gym rats!! What really got me was how sweet Sushi Pro was after I told them we were celebrating my friend's birthday. They even gave us a cute lil cheesecake for her special day. :') Come support this local business!

I visited this spot during lunch and was able to order a few of their lunch combos. Highly rec coming in during lunch if you can because the DEALS ARE PHENOMENAL! Each of the lunch combos I ordered were about ~$15 and it came with the entree (tonkatsu or unagi or sashimi), steamed egg, salad, and rice. The portion sizes are definitely more than adequate for a lunch meal and I was very impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The fish tasted fresh and quite tasty. The tonkatsu was flavorful, crispy, and still moist. I enjoyed the steamed egg as it came with a surprise of beef or shrimp at the bottom. The salad dressing was a tangy vinaigrette on top of a bed of fresh spring mix. Service was quite good despite how busy they were. The food came out relatively fast, except my unagi which seemed to be freshly prepared so it was not a big deal. The team at Sushi Pro is very kind and attentive! It is quite noisy inside, so be prepared for that. You order with a QR code and they have wifi available for you if your data is not working.

Finally got to try this place! I keep seeing the omakase meal and I will for sure come back to try that. Rolls: - Mango Tuna roll - pretty good, the mango was ripe and got a good chunk of mango in each bite! Good for mango lovers such as myself - Monster roll - I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this roll the most. It was spicy but it had shrimp tempura which i was specifically looking for. - Rainbow roll - this was alright. The fish and avocado didnt really blend nicely together on top of the roll My uncle got the terriyaki bento and it was a really good value for the price. That was huge! It came with salad, rice, and miso soup. He added the chawanmushi. We thought it was alright but then again we never had it before. My aunt enjoyed her chirashi don, and the fish was very fresh! The poke salad was good too. Didn't get a photo of the chicken karaage but we enjoyed that too! Very crispy and flavorful. Overall enjoyed the food here. I wouldn't call it my new favorite, but theres enough variety to come back and try again. I do wish they had more rolls with tempura and raw fish together, aside from spicy tuna. And more salmon rolls. The sushi rolls also kept falling apart when i picked them up which affected the overall experience.

I dunno about Sushi Pro, but it was pretty Sushi Good. I'd be back. Came here with the Dame after a lovely afternoon on the beach and getting a bit of the Vitamin... DEEEEE!!! I could have written Vitamin Sea, but ya know... No. Musta been a Saturday, but could have been an any day, Hard to tell these days, as we get older, time just seems to be speeding up rapidly and oh em freaking Buddha where is the stop buddon!? I need to learn to be more present in the moment. Probably start meditating a lot more... Or taking Magic Mushrooms. B-) Sometimes we just need a little helping hand to transcend all Space and Time.

Came in on a Wednesday night and didn't wait very long to get seated. The place was smaller than expected but still very nice. I got the dragon roll (3.5/5) which was all right. You don't get much avocado on top which is a bit disappointing and I feel like I've had better unagi in other places. Overall not bad, but I'm basic and really only judge a place based on their dragon roll and teriyaki chicken lol. This place seems to be a hit though and the service is good so I say just try it. Maybe just don't get the dragon roll.
